Welcome to The Fine Rustic®. By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Custom Handmade Products

  • All products are handcrafted and made to order.

  • Natural variations in wood grain, texture, color, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.

  • Each piece is unique, reflecting the character of authentic craftsmanship.

2. Orders and Specifications

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all order specifications — including dimensions, materials, colors, and finishes — before confirming a purchase.

  • Once an order is placed and production has begun, changes cannot be made.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, photographs, logos, written content, and product concepts are the exclusive property of The Fine Rustic®.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of our intellectual property — including patented designs under U.S. Design Patent No. D1000,722 S — is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • The Fine Rustic® is not liable for:

    • Natural variations in handcrafted items,

    • Customer-provided specification errors,

    • Normal wear and tear,

    • Misuse or improper handling of products.

  • Our maximum liability, in any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid for the product.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States.
