Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted products:

All sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once an order is placed.
2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins and are subject to approval.

If a cancellation is approved, a fee of up to 50% of the total order value may apply.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Deposits may be forfeited in the event of cancellation.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 3 business days of delivery at contact@thefinerustic.com

Include photos and a clear description of the issue.

If approved, we may:
• Repair the item
• Provide a replacement
• Offer another suitable solution
Refunds will only be considered if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.
4. Return Conditions (If Authorized)

Authorized returns must be unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:

Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations

Normal wear and tear
-
Natural wood characteristics such as small cracks, movement, or aging/color changes
