Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 28, 2025


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted products:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once an order is placed.


2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before production begins and are subject to approval.

  • If a cancellation is approved, a fee of up to 50% of the total order value may apply.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Deposits may be forfeited in the event of cancellation.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 3 business days of delivery at contact@thefinerustic.com 

  • Include photos and a clear description of the issue.

  • If approved, we may:
    • Repair the item
    • Provide a replacement
    • Offer another suitable solution

Refunds will only be considered if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.


4. Return Conditions (If Authorized)

  • Authorized returns must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Natural wood characteristics such as small cracks, movement, or aging/color changes
